The Health Inspectorate shall prepare the conditions/opinion for the spatial plan in order to implement a specific development proposal or planning task, by specifying the requirements set out in the spatial plan or in the local plan, ensuring that the development of the site is planned in such a way that the quality of the life environment can be increased, the sustainable, efficient and rational use of the territory and other resources, as well as targeted and a balanced developed economy.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The client shall submit an application to the Health Inspectorate regarding the preparation of a condition or opinion for the spatial plan. The Health Inspectorate shall prepare the conditions/opinion for the spatial plan in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 628 of 14 October 2014, Regulations regarding local government spatial development planning documents, and on the basis of Cabinet Regulation No. 240 of 30 April 2013, General spatial planning, use and building regulations.
