Process description
Service requests
A completed application shall be submitted to the Health Inspectorate and documents shall be attached thereto:
- a plan for the situation;
- an engineering topographic plan (copy);
- inventory plan (copy);
- a pre-project sketch;
- land border plan (copy);
- a brief description of the expected activities (technologies).
In accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law from 1 July 2019, the request for a service shall be made using the Construction Information System.Receipt of services
The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
